This is a great easy hike! It has super nice views of the south shore and out over the pacific. The beach is very quiet at the end, however the water is susceptible to run-off causing no safe swimming. Signs are posted.

Beginning of this trail is pretty challenging (don't wear flip flops) but then it's smooth sailing. Enjoy some great views. .

I absolutely loved this walk/hike! We started at Shipwreck Beach and walked for about an hour then turned around and walked back but we stopped and took lots of pictures. It was a beautiful cliff side walk, some thru sand, other times on rocks or...More

We spent 2.5 hours exploring this trail from the Grand Hyatt to the Caves. The trail is a good strong walk vs. a hike. There is some change in the terrain from sand to jagged rocks to a stroll on a grass path along the...More

Nice easy hike along the cliff side. It can be a bit windy, but the views are really nice. We started at the beach and walked along the cliff towards the golf course. Worthwhile for a quick hike. You can also watch people jumping off...More

Absolutely some of the best beach walking ever! Right along the beach but do not have to deal with the sand. Paved for easy access... talked to some great people along the way! Will be back for sure!

We took the advice of some tripadvisor reviewers and started this "hike" at sunrise.....it was beautiful and peaceful! We saw whales and sea turtles in the distance as we walked along the trail. I would not consider this a hike, but more of a nice...More

Enter the driveway between the Grand Hyatt and golf course, drive to end and park your car. To hike the trail we entered from the beach which means you will have some climbing to do and precarious cliffs/edges to navigate but it's along the ocean...More

We have that there also a trail from Shipwreck beach going right instead of left. If so, where does it end up.

Same answer: facing the ocean, going right gives you a paved walking path that windes along the water and eventually fizzles out at the condos. Going left gives you the trail.
