Awesome day spent at this beach. As we were staying at the Travaasa, we use the hotel shuttle to make the quick 5 minutes journey to the beach. We were greeted by hotel staff at the beach who provided us with lounge chairs, towels and...More

The bay is large and peaceful. It has a nice large beach and also picnic areas. Nice area to walk around. This is a great stop off the highway and a great turn around area.

The beach is walkable from almost anywhere you would stay in Hana. Plenty of parking if you prefer to drive. Large sandy beach area, varies significantly with the tide. Locals outnumbered the tourists any time I was there. Apparently a great beach for kids and...More

Loved this beach park. Not a town, just beaches state parks and a general store. Loved the remote location.

Well, there's not a whole lot to see here. Clean quiet bathroom, nice place to have a picnic but the scenery isn't anything compared to the surrounding locations. I do suggest making the stop to stretch your body and ground yourself after all those windy...More

Our family of six had a fun lunch here. The food was pretty decent for what you'd expect from a counter by the beach. The black sand was fun to see, too. It was a nice stop after a long day of getting in and...More

A nice walk from the Travaasa Hotel. Great little hole in the wall Cafe that had the really yummy eggs and bacon that I enjoyed on the sea wall. Hana Canoe Club paddles from there. Beautiful setting in a rustic park.
