At Wailele Polynesian Luau dinner show, guests will embark on an exciting journey to the Polynesian Islands where dance was considered not just as a form of entertainment, but as a means of telling stories. Recognized for providing an award-winning experience, the luau is held oceanfront at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa and features dances and songs from old and modern Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, New Zealand (Maori), Tonga and Samoa. Highlights include the story of Pele (Goddess of Fire), Hi'ilave Hula Awana dedicated to Wailele (meaning waterfalls) and Maui's most extreme fire knife dance finale called "Siva Afi". The unforgettable evening of fun, culture and entertainment is complemented by a traditional dinner served buffer style and selection of beverages.

We booked at the last minute and this was the only luau that had space available. At $115 per adult, I didn't feel it was worth the price. The food was a mediocre buffet and the drinks overly sweet and watery. The show was fine...More

What a great night! Our premium seating at table 3 was right in front of the stage! We enjoyed the show and the food.

Everyone from servers to performers were just fantastic! Definitely worth the premium cost. I'm deaf and legally blind but everyone went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed every moment!

This is a buffet dinner show and not a luau. The show is good and entertaining but is done on a stage and the dining tables are truer to a wedding reception rather than a luau. Food was mediocre and the open bar provided very...More

My kids were so excited to go to a real Luau and were disappointed. Dancers were pretty boring, food wasn’t good. Service was okay. Not worth the $200+ price tag.

Silly nonsense opening The food was slow being served and was terrible. Expensive and overrated. Would not recommend.

We bought Premium seating and arrived right at 5:30. We waited in line for maybe 5 mins before it started to move and then it moved quickly. Drinks and a shell necklace are immediately handed out as you get seated. Premium tickets gets you the...More

We purchased premium tickets, arrived early, and were seated in the first row facing the stage. We were asked to get up and go take a photo (for which we would be charged if we purchased a photo.) We left our drinks at our seats...More

Starting off we stood in a crowed hot hall way waiting for them to open doors. Can't understand why they did it indoors and why no air conditioning if so. The service and show however, were very good. Food pretty average but drinks a bit...More
