At Wailele Polynesian Luau dinner show, guests will embark on an exciting journey to the Polynesian Islands where dance was considered not just as a form of entertainment, but as a means of telling stories. Recognized for providing an award-winning experience, the luau is held oceanfront at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa and features dances and songs from old and modern Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, New Zealand (Maori), Tonga and Samoa. Highlights include the story of Pele (Goddess of Fire), Hi'ilave Hula Awana dedicated to Wailele (meaning waterfalls) and Maui's most extreme fire knife dance finale called "Siva Afi". The unforgettable evening of fun, culture and entertainment is complemented by a traditional dinner served buffer style and selection of beverages.

We purchased premium tickets, arrived early, and were seated in the first row facing the stage. We were asked to get up and go take a photo (for which we would be charged if we purchased a photo.) We left our drinks at our seats...More

Starting off we stood in a crowed hot hall way waiting for them to open doors. Can't understand why they did it indoors and why no air conditioning if so. The service and show however, were very good. Food pretty average but drinks a bit...More

We bought the Premium seats which were worth the price. It’s assigned seating so there is no reason to get there super early. The MC was so funny and entertaining and made the down time before dinner go very quickly. The food was very good,...More

The show and food was good but we had to wait over 45 minutes standing in line on a totally enclosed hallway with very poor air supply. Even people paying premium seating had a long wait. Not worth the $15.00 extra to be seated before...More

We purchased premium seating and would recommend to others! Definitely worth the extra $20 per person. We took the shuttle from the Westin villas, so did not have to worry about parking. Pre-mixed drinks were yummy but mostly juice, but you have the option to...More

Enjoyed the show, very entertaining from the beginning to the end. The fire dancers are the best. We have 2 kids in our group and they never got bored at all.

We took the shuttle from the Westin. The show ended and we had to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. Another negative about the Westin.

It was a great evening. The food was very good, the dances very good and the MC, a Fijian Don Rickles, was very enjoyable. Definitely recommend this Luau for anyone!

Loved the humor. The food was excellent. The fire part of the show was so good. I was kept entertained the whole time. Felt it was worth the little extra for VIP seats. No wait in line, go up for food first and good seating.

The tables are round. The problem is that some are far away from the performers and have obstructed views.
