This is quite boring, small kids on the boat did not seem interested either. Saw a few fish, probably better to visit the aquarium if you have small kids. I would strongly suggest to grab some snorkel gear and visit one of the many snorkel spots on the island where you will see way more fish and turtles without too... More

* Was $79 for 2 adults for the 1 hour excursion. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. * Some of the staff were divers who would bring things to the windows for us to see better. * When we boarded the boat it was great to see how roomy it was, no claustrophobic concerns here. * It was a fun... While the crew us very nice, I do not highly recommend. Seats are uncomfortable and there was nothing extraordinary to see. I realize that every trip us not the same, so some days are probably better than others. If you can snorkel, I suggest that instead...it's worth getting wet to see more underwater marine life.

Considered doing the Atlantis Submarine trip. Saw this instead. Just excellent. Very fun and saw lots of fish and a sea turtle. Ship's staff also dive down and bring various sea creatures to windows for viewing. Visibility and comfort was good. Viewing cabin is underwater, but deck is not, so one can go up top if not comfortable or need... More

We booked the reef dancer because I was traveling with 7 people who didn't like snorkelling or small boats. My mother found the reef dancer and we felt it was a compromise that would meet most expectations. Unfortunately there was not much to see. The boat has a glass bottom underneath, which could be very claustrophobic for some. We spent... More

I would advise anyone who is thinking of this glass boat denture to save their money and invest in tickets to the Maui aquarium. All you see are the same dish over and over and basically two or theee varieties. Very disappointing.

The only reason this received 4 stars was because the crew were all very nice and very professional and we had a fun time. Now for the real review. This isn't a submarine, as it is made out to be. It isn't even a glass bottom boat. There are a series of rather dirty and scratchy windows and less than... More

The trip is really nice! Perfect for kids! Captain Kevin was very nice and Jeff explained all of the neat creatures that diver Paul showed us through the window! Bonus points for circle bubbles in the water!

according to brochure you would see lots of marine life. literally went out 500 feet and saw nothing. Divers on the outside magically brought sea life to the windows. who knew if they had them in buckets. Felt as if I was ripped off.

My wife wanted to take this trip. It is an underwater adventure taking you to coral reefs and viewing the fish from the bottom of a glass bottomed boat. Trip is reasonable and lasts an hour. You see many species of fish, and divers bring things up to the viewing windows like urchins, shell and things of that nature. Staff... More
