great park/beach to visit when the water is calm. The reef spans the whole beach and there is something for everyone: grassy area, shade, bathrooms, wide beach and of course- amazing coral reefs!

Snorkeling was so much better than Olowalu, and much more user friendly with showers, restrooms, and good parking.

Love this beach. Lots of parking, nice washrooms and great reefs with easy access. We saw large schools of fish and several sea turtles. I would always return to this beach. Also had Standup Paddle board rentals at a hotel nearby.

It was the best beach to me. I just want to return and spent 7 days in this beach only. One of the best place for snorkeling, great view, etc

I've seen so many great beaches on Maui in my visits, it's weird I've become a beach snob. Last likely, overall the best beach in Maui is whatever is outside your hotel, but for those looking to drive out and explore and see some of...More

Panoramic great view clear water good snorkeling. Free and not crowded when we were there. Was pretty windy though a guy who says he is there a lot said that was unusual. Some families and seemed good place for them.

This was my favorite snorkeling beach of the ones we went to in Maui. It has a sandy beach and beautiful clear water. We saw a lot of fish and our first turtle. The park had free parking and a grassy lawn with trees. It...More

We stopped here to eat our picnic lunch which was a great choice. Beautiful park. We decided, based on reviews, to do some snorkeling here. Did not find it to be an easy entry from the beach. It was a quick drop off and the...More

Yes, I'm fairly certain SUPs can be rented from the activity hut in front of the Maui Kaanapali Villas just south of the park.
