We went on the Lanai Snorkel trip- what interested us with two children was the BBQ Lunch and the Slide- There was neither .. The boat is old and tired. It was dirty. Swells were high and 80% of the passengers were sea sick. One of the crew told us that if the boat were to sink he would be... More

The crew were great and the food acceptable on our Molokini snorkel tour but really the boatis terrible. The single hull rocks around in any swell but the vessell itself is really old, tired and permenantly damp. Facilities and equipment were poor with rust, missing screws galore and wet suits that had paid their way many times over. Also don,... More

Great time. Fun staff. They have a boat with an upper and lower deck. Morning trips are the best. Saw 6 whales. Amazing

The fact that the boat was over 2 hours late departing the harbor due to the crew's inability to unhook from their mooring should have been a "Red Flag" that it was a mistake to choose this company! The next disappointments came with the snorkeling sites off Lanai. When I booked this tour I was assured that the snorkeling sites... More

Have been coming to Maui since 1989 and finally took a Whale watch cruise. Due to age of friends and desire to board boat off stable dock (vs. walking up boarding ladder of a beached boat with surf crashing in on you), we scheduled with Hawaii Ocean Project. Boat was well equipped and feeling of safety was very positive with... More

We went on the early bird tour when the sea was nice and calm. Shortly after leaving the harbor we encountered a mother humpback whale and her calf. She did the only breach we saw on this tour and it was amazing to see! We went farther out and found more whales where we saw tails and fins. We learned... More

This was my second whale watching experience and it was just as exciting as the first time four years ago. We even got in whale jail, that is when the whales are all around the boat and the skipper has to stop until there is a space at least 100 yards clear. It was my friends first time so I... More

Had gotten this free with tickets to the Elvis Burn N Love Show but turned out to be amazing! went with kids ages 7 and 10 and had low expectations honestly. But luckily our tour at 215pm didn't have too many people on the boat, they sold snacks for $1 each and we saw tons of whales! we saw several... More

Take the early bird trip. We were on this one in the height of whale season. We saw lots of whales and had plenty of room to move around.
