We spent a ton of time just playing in the rolling waves. We snorkeled, too... but rolling around in the fluffy waves was my favorite part. No restrooms and there is construction nearby, so the outdoor shower was turned off. Otherwise, great time!

Not much beach area. But while low tide is there there is enough. We just dealt with it, and never got anything wet.

Beautiful beach be careful as some parts have a strong current that pulls you in and throws you right back out but some people like that. We saw several turtles close up. Loved it!

One of my favorite beaches NW Maui. Up the road is the aquatic preserve, so 2 great beaches almost next to each other

A wonderful Hawaiian man took me and my husbands remains out on a paddle board and placed the 'biodegradable' package along with 100 Plumeria blossoms into the water. It... More

A very family friendly beach. Good snorkeling. Easy access. We enjoyed looking at the beach when we ate at Gazebos. Protected from the trade winds.

The bay is lovely for snorkeling and paddle boarding. Very gentle waves make it good for kids of any age.

2 narrow access corridors to lovely cove behind 1-3 story condos/resorts. Old reef built on lava and rock encloses the area with either side posted with jutting rock formations the turtles enjoy, which were formerly used by natives to collect salt, grind tarrow and wash vegetables. All along the lower portions of reef (approximately 50 -70 yards out), there were... More
