Nice Place!

Very nice hidden treasure! Tram tour is a must and the narrator was very knowledgeable. She made opening a coconut look very easy! We walked the grounds and took the tour.

What a nice place! We stopped in not knowing anything about this place. We went on the team ride and learned a lot about coconuts, bananas, coffee and other items grown at the plantation. A nice way to spend a few hours.

My husband and I had free tram passes and thought we'd check it out. The tour was very informative and we saw some great scenery. Lots of beautiful fruit plants, very nice gift shop, onsite restaurant, and just a nice place to walk around. It's free to get in but the tram ride isn't (we just had free passes). Recommended!... We visited the Plantation and enjoyed every minute. We rode the tram and toured the farm. A nice Hawaiian native girl demonstrated opening a coconut and identified plants and trees along the drive. Pineapples, mangos, avocados, bananas and more. Afterward we were rewarded with fresh pineapple from the refreshment stand. We had fun shopping in their store, eating lunch at... More

We loved walking around the grounds and trying all the fruit. The grounds are beautiful and historic. At the time we were visiting there was a local food festival going on, so parking was difficult. We returned at another time and it was no problem. DO NOT MISS.

I spent a few hours at the Plantation with my six-year-old. Very informative tram ride and explanation of the working farm. He loved the coconut husking demonstration. Hope to get back to try the restaurant, which looks terrific.

Definitely worth a trip if you have time. I would do it on the way from or to the airport. It is a little out of the ways from the resort areas of Kaanapali or Wailea. Lots of free parking. The grounds are nicely manicured. Many acres to wander around but probably not worth your time. Just take the 45... More

Choose a back field area for cowgirl wedding and adjacent lawn for reception. Plantation's restaurant and wait staff did an excellent job preparing various puu-puus and drinks. Setting was pretty with ample landscaping and a small pond backdrop in a tropical garden setting.
