Great coffee

If you are a tourist you'll find candy, knock knacks and a coffee sample station but no smile or Aloha here. We live in a tourist area and want people to search and find us.

I always like Coffees of Hawaii coffee, and had the opportunity to sit and sip while I listened to the musical gathering on the terrace. But the place is a shadow of its former self. The coffee bar is currently out of commission with a note that you can get coffee drinks at the airport (no Mocha Mamas, sniff), and... More

The coffee is good but the friendly isle atmosphere doesnt apply there with the middle aged female clerk. She was hostile from the first time we walked in. The 2 stars is really for the opportunity to listen to the ukulele group that practices there Thursday mornings.

This place gets 5 stars for the great coffee, especially the vanilla-flavoured one. Even the dark roast is very smooth, not bitter. We were disappointed with the staff - cranky woman behind the till who didn't want to tell us anything about the growing/harvesting of coffee, just told us to look at the pictures on the wall. Perhaps she had... More

Tuesday mornings, aunties and uncles gather at this coffee shop, sing folk songs(and other songs too), hula dance,etc..my husband and I, brother in law and his wife, enjoyed and loved the entertainment very much..this is the island to go to if you want a relaxing and quite vacation.

Learned a lot about coffee like which are 100% Hawaiian and which are mixes. Got a nice mini lesson from staff in shop.

While in Molokai we passed by Coffees of Hawaii for our caffeine dose after lunch. There's a shop selling coffee (blends with 10% local coffee from several islands and 100% Molokai) and other local products such as mac nuts, cereal and beauty items. Next to the shop there's the espresso bar where they serve coffee and also light meals. We... More

Great place to see how coffee is grown and to buy some coffee and other great things. Tuesdays the kapuna (seniors) gather to play and sing and talk story, it is the best day to go.

The store has tourism items: coffee, postcards, T-shirts etc. The quality of these items is better than average. The snack bar also serves typical breakfast and lunch items along with the espressos and smoothies. The store has sister stores on Molokai (owned by the same family). The other stores are the Kite Factory and Beach Break. I agree with a... More

The coffee here was fine. The food was great. The service, not so much. The gal who helped us the first three times was rude and her job seemed to annoy here. I can totally understand why some people dislike tourists and tourism, but if it is your job, I feel you ought to grin and bear it. We were... More
