We visited the Turtle Bay Beach one morning and it was really beautiful and quiet. There were some tide pools, and coral. Lovely!

This beach is to the right of the Turtle Bay Resort and open to the public. However, the resort puts their chairs all over the entire beach, kind of hogging it for their guests. No worries! Grab a chair and relax! Worked for us for...More

Clean. Beautiful. Plenty of shade. Bars and change rooms nearby. Even had seals sleeping on the beach. Perfection

This isn't the best beach on the north shore but it is nice and has clean bathrooms. The area closer to the hotel has some snorkling in protected waters. Great for weaker swimmers.

Absolutely beautiful but not much to do. The hotel is there and Roy's but not what we expected. Recommend somewhere else.

Can get crowded during high tourist seasons but still not as bad as N shore or Waikiki. Take your snorkel gear and enjoy the water or layout on the beach.

Hawaii is beautiful all year round but the water is much calmer in the Summer months on the North Shore of Oahu. If you go in their Winter ( I think Dec-Feb ) the beaches on the North Shore are very rough and dangerous for... More

No, all beaches in Hawaii are public access. The Turtle Bay Resort has plenty of parking spot for beach goers.
