We went to the lagoons to try some snorkeling in the calm waters. We were at Lagoon 4. We were able to find parking mid-afternoon only at this lagoon. The water is calm for swimming, but it is murky and hard to see fish. A...More

I last visted these man made lagoons in 2013 and it was nice to come back and see them again. The ocean is partially blocked by large rocks but fresh currents push in and the water is so nice and clear most days. You might...More

The lagoons provide a safe environment for families to swim and enjoy a beach like environment while also providing a beautiful view of the ocean opposite the rock formation that allow water passage into the lagoon. Recommend paying the $10 fee for all day parking.

Tucked away on the west side of Oahu, you will be thankful you made the trek out. Beautiful, clean beaches to enjoy with family and friends! You almost feel like you're on another island here.
