I was so sad to see such a beautiful place so full of garbage! Why can’t people clean up after themselves?!! Myself and another three lady picked up lots of trash. But there was still so much more!!! Free parking and not real crowded.

A very nice, less traveled beach. The waves were absolutely perfect for our 12 and 14 year old daughters to ride boogie boards over and over. Nice soft sandy beach. I would return here again and as often as possible. Can't wait to go back....More

This beach is open to civilians on the weekends. Other than that you will need a military id to get on. Beach is white sand and the waters just beautiful

We went here on a private tour. It was fantastic. Large beach with very few people. There were people camping here too.

Open to the public on weekends and to military most of the week. This beach is wide and sandy, the waves are good for body surfing or boogie boards. An easy drive from the city and definitely worth spending a day on this.

We visited here with family who are locals. Easy parking and beach access. No rocks. Good for swimming. Park is clean. Restrooms are clean-ish. Beautiful view of the mokes. Only open to the public on weekends. Not nearly as crowded as Waikiki.

I spent the morning here while waiting to depart Hawaii. I had access thanks to my son who is in the military. Hawaii has numerous facilities for military personnel and their families. This area has cabins to rent, hot showers for after you swim and...More

O'ahu is literally surrounded by beautiful beaches, but some are truly nicer than others. Bellows Field Beach Park may be one of the more beautiful on this island. Located on the eastern shore, just north of Waimanalo, it's a quick drive from either Honolulu/Hawaii-Kai, or...More

Me and my husband love the beach and the cottage here at bellows, but the front desk staff and the staff at the gift shop are rediculous lazy and act like it an inconvenience to help anyone. Plus you can't use the pool table area...More

If your son has his military ID/CAT card, then he can act as your sponsor and escort you onto the base. Depending upon the threat level, you may also need to show ID (driver's license or passport), but usually that isn't... More
