Beach is almost perfect. Blue and clear water but be aware. I have been here three times and it's been always the same. Strong currents and war sting precautions should be taken.

It was a bit windy the day we went, but this beach was much less crowded and just as beautiful. It's a great place to have a beachside cookout too.

This is, by far, the best beach on the island! CLEAN - few tourists - and gentle waves. The grounds and beach are maintained by the Marine Corps and it shows.

Too beautiful to explain. Strong waves which are excellent for body boarding and lots of shaded area near the water. We had a wonderful time.

Love love this location but the jellyfish are infested full moon times. 4 of the 8 of us has gotten stung. So make sure you check full moon dates.

As long as you are willing to endure different people from all walks of life possibly walking through your ceremony, you should be good to go.

If your son has his military ID/CAT card, then he can act as your sponsor and escort you onto the base. Depending upon the threat level, you may also need to show ID (driver's license or passport), but usually that isn't... More
