This is an interesting and beautiful little park that is the remainder of the Spanish plaza in Guam. Would definitely recommend visiting, but it doesn't take long.

It was worth it. To understand the colonial history. A must go with someone who has knowledge we were quite fortunate to have a local CHamoru historian. An eye opener.

You can see everything in 5 minutes. It's nice to see a little old Spanish architecture and take some pictures, but that's about it.

There's just so much history in this place...not only ancient history from several hundred years ago under Spanish rule, but to WWII and to a visit by Pope John Paul II. Worth a visit!

I love it there... it was recently restored a few years ago by a local contractor. They did a great job. Definitely worth checking this place out when you're touring the Hagatna area.

This was the location of the Governor’s Palace during the island’s long period of Spanish occupation. The palace housed the office and residence of the Spanish governor. In 1944, during the liberation of Guam, majority of it was destroyed apart from three structures; the Chocolate...More

We did a group walk through. We had a former National park ranger give us an I overview, but that was more than adequate.
