The location you have set here is wrong. The place it's located at is north, in the village of Yigo. It's a place where the Japanese tourist go on the memorial of the II World War. There are groups that come from Japan every year...More

This is a memorial to the Japanese dead. Manu who were killed were put in mass graves, and later burried here. There is an almost hallowed feeling.

This is privately owned WWII memorial site, and is more from the Japanese perspective. The location was basically the last organized Japanese command site before the Americans pushed the rest of the way through. A short way down a walking path, you will see the...More

Was there on a Friday afternoon. Grounds were open, but the buildings/exhibits were closed. Seems to be a collection of monuments by various groups, but not with a coherent master plan. Forlorn with describe it best.

If you are in the area, you should visit this touching memorial. I found the site to be quite moving.

Used to come here all the time when I was a kid. The caves are fun to explore. The bamboo forest is awe inspiring and eerie. There is a mini museum with WWII stuff. No charge, but feel free to make a donation.

There are excellent views of the island from the lookouts at the park. In addition, there are excellent memorials.

This is actually in Yigo, not Agana as the website states. It is a lovely memorial to WWII and visitors can peruse some Japanese artificts from the period, as well as hike to some of the caves the Japanese used to hide out, including the...More
