I had a lovely afternoon in this park/ Beach. The breeze was joyful and the beach was great for swimming, kayaking and sailing. There are several spots where you can put your tent or BBQ.

Free, easily accessible, ample of parking spaces, calm and shallow water (mostly <1.5-2 meters), tons of corals and fishes. I came here almost every day whenever I am in Guam.

This is a very nice public beach. There are plenty of corals nearby and this means plenty of fish. This is a nice place for snorkeling. The beach sand is not as fine. There is free parking.

Nice beach on south side of Tumon Bay near Hilton. Lots of area to get together with friends. Can be crowded especially on weekends. Pretty good snorkeling for Guam. Free parking.

The ABC stores have snorkels that range from 10 USD all the way up to 40 USD. I bought my son one for 20 and it works fine. There are also several other shops in the area that sell snorkel, SCUBA, and surfing items.
