We stayed at a B&B on the Shore Path, and were able to walk along the coast early in the AM and late in the evening. Enjoyable, not too crowded, not too long, and extremely scenic. Worth a walk from either downtown BH or from...More

My husband and I took advantage of this beautiful walk several times while we were in Bar Harbor. It was a relaxing walk at the end of a busy day - - just strolling along and enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.

Great views with a little history tour with the history signs. Great for a loop walk through town. Trail is perfect for nice 2 + mile jogs.

We had a beautiful fall day to do this walk along the shore. The crisp fall air actually warmed for us. The trees were beginning to turn, a bit late, but made us feel a bit of fall.

This is a pleasant little walk from the dock in town that takes you up around the corner along the sea wall. It enables you to see a bit more of the harbour and town. It's a nice little afternoon trot especially if the weather...More

Short, unbelievably scenic stroll right along the coast of Bar Harbor. Absolutely lovely! We especially enjoyed learning a little history by seeing the classic "summer houses" and the Balance Rock.

When I was in Bar Harbor in mid October, we were blessed with unusually warm weather. I didn't walk all around the path (I was here for a day off a cruise ship) but I walked a bit enjoying the beautiful scenery

This was just more of the beautiful coastline Maine scenery. When we visited, there was actually a man down on the rocks painting a picture of this photo.

A short, easily traversed paved walk along the water. Nice views of the area with some informative signs.

Not sure. I was say from downtown to the end probably a little less than a mile. Lots of opportunity to view the ocean, flowers, and homes.
