The Shore Path is one of our favorite walks in Bar Harbor. Always a treat with the views and that fresh salty sea breeze.

Flat and well kept, this trail is easy to travel and has gorgeous views. We took a large stroller and had no trouble. It's also really nice that it's close to all the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful walk (also very handicap accessible), which thankfully we don't need to look for. Easy walk for anyone with gorgeous views the whole way. Right in town.

Would never miss my morning walk if I lived here. The water views & the backyards of the estates make for a glorious experience.

This historic pathway is a wonderful place to take an afternoon stroll along the waterfront, check out the "cottages" and the beauty of Bar Harbor.

This was a flat easy walk. Nice to do in the evening after dinner. Would definitely recommend walking here during your trip.

Bar Harbor is crazy busy in the summer. The shore path is right around town, but not too busy. You can see some beautiful views of the water, homes and enjoy the quiet.

Taking this walk will take you past gorgeous homes and over a rocky seashore. We passed one lone boulder many times larger than a man. We took our walk in the fog and it was still lovely.

The day was cool and a little windy when we visited. But to lock out on the bay and the scenery in general made it a very pleasant way to fill an afternoon. Not a place for cold or very windy days but I guess you can rug up if you are really into the seasides and rustic views. :-)

I think this path along the ocean is a bit overrated. It was fine for a short walk, but I think walking the Marginal Way in Perkins Cove, ME is much better and more beautiful.
