Jennifer, Again, my heartfelt apologies for the loss of your ring. We continue to search for it. It is perplexing that one of three rings is missing. I know it had great sentimental value and I would give anything to return it to you. And,...More

It is the best spa in my opinion. I always come here when I visit San Francisco to get some peaceful time. The quiet policy is strictly enforced and the sea salt scrub the spa provided make my skin glow. The facility is well maintained...More

My spouse booked us 25-minute massages and access to the spa facilities on a women-only day, so clothing optional. Heavenly! The massage, although brief, was much more than a cursory rubdown. And then to have access to the hot tub, cold tub, steam room (with...More

After a 25-minute shiatsu massage and steaming/hot and cold soaking/sauna-ing/salt-scrubbing/lying on loungers for an hour, my spouse and I felt more relaxed than we have in ages. I wish we had a facility like Kabuki Springs and Spa in Vancouver, BC.
