Excellent views on both sides !! Easy access to viewing areas. Definately do 2 or 3. Also stop at Palace of Fine Arts on SF side- takes 10 minutes. The best.

It’s wonderful to walk across the bridge, but finding a place to park one’s car can be a chore. Both parking lots at either end are impacted on beautiful days like today. We lucked out and enjoyed strolling across the bridge. Get off your phones...More

Trieed doing a short walk along the brige but it was a very windy and cold day. If I could have stayed 9in the bike lane I would have been happier. But at least I can say I have been theere!

San Fransisco icon. Has to be seen and experienced close up. Wonderful feat of engineering and deserves a walk to watch the seals swimming below.

Personally I would do a Hop on Hop off double decker bus tour (Grey Line) and take the tour of the city which includes a stop at the bridge. Busses run about every half hour so you'll have flexibility to walk around. You... More
