Had a great evening: super friendly staff, helpful, switched our reservation from the late to the early show since we were under the weather. Saw Bret Ernst, who was really incisive, ironic and intelligent. The opening acts were great also, and left us with a new appreciation of babies on airplanes and the difference between Haagen Dazs and Ben&Jerry's ice... More

Came in on a Friday evening. No big name headliner or anything, just wanted to laugh. It follows the standard comedy club template. I sprung for VIP or whatever they call it. Not too sure what that entails, but If that is an option I always take it these days. We were seated immediately right in front of the stage,... More

This is a comedy club and a great place to bring a first date to get her relaxed with drinks and humor for a later hookup. Expensive.

I wasn't impressed with the comedians that were there went I went with friends. They have no talent. Weak performance!

Nice sized room, yet everyone ends up feeling "close to the action," and the servers are absolutely seamless at getting what you need without disturbing the show. The food choices are pretty good for a comedy club -- my husband complained that the nachos had a kind of "black bean water" puddle underneath, but the fact that they have black... More

Smallish club with a relaxed atmosphere. There was a nice variety of comedians to entertain us. Bar service was pretty darn good considering the place was packed. 2 drink minimum.

A very cozy place to see comedy, so close to the stage. We were happy to see a cider being offered. We will go back again. Good rate, good price for drinks, food offered too. We went to late show on a Sat., made reservations to make sure to get in.

Great for date night or hanging with friends. $10 and a 2 drink minimum and plenty of up and coming comics. Street parking was plentiful on a Sunday night. We would definitely do it again.

Nice comedy club, good although basic food menu, spacious and has great comedians. Service was very good and ambiance is very nice. Great place to relax and laugh without spending a fortune.

Staying in Financial District

Neighbourhood Profile
Financial District
The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s version of Wall Street. The rush of business people make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of historic and contemporary architecture, including the iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours, bars and restaurants quickly fill up with happy hour revelers. Stocks aren’t the only kind of market being followed, the Ferry Building Marketplace on the Embarcadero is a gourmet food emporium and farmers market that will satisfy anyone working up an appetite.
