This is a very neat neighborhood, and a lot to see here. The best way to see it is on foot. It is full of culture.

Don't go to Little Italy if your hungry unless you have a plan. There are so many delicious looking restaurants it is impossible to pick one! Lol! We will definitely have to visit again and again and again to hit up all the restaurants!

The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, the sounds
of opera, and the sights of the romantic Italian
ristorante come together to create the charming
neighbourhood of North Beach, once the stomping
grounds for the Beatnik Generation. Although parts of
North Beach are known for nightlife that’s not always
suitable for younger visitors, few neighbourhoods in
the city exude as much European charm and style.

I was talking about the neighborhood of little Italy, so it doesn't really have an "opening " time. I'm sure there are many restaurants that serve breakfast therefore probably fairly early.
