What an awesome tour. Who would have thought that you'd get a history lesson along with a porn tour? If you're offended by anything sexual, don't go. However, the tour included quite a bit of the history of the armory itself too. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. An overall great tour that I'd definitely recommend to others.

We spent one evening taking the tour in the Armory and around the porn studios of Kink.com. The tour lasts about 90 mins. We got groupon with discount so it was very cheap. The tour was interesting and the tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. The building is very big with several floors. Definitely not my cup of tea but... More

Beware of possibly the worst customer experience in the Bay Area: offensive, rude and flat out insulting treatment of visitors. And not in a BDSM-sexy way... Executive summary: not letting in people with tickets even with clear email confirmation, not letting a pregnant woman seat and rudely shouting at customers. Paid $90 and didn't end up even getting in even... More

I went on a tour of the armory and really liked it a lot. It appeals to fans of the website but anyone really, you can ask any questions and the tour guide is super fun and open about everything

I spend New Year Eve at New Bohemia event for 2016. I purchase a VIP Cabana Access ticket. I arrived right before 10:00 pm and found a long line for VIP ticket holders. The slow process of entrance consisted of checking your ticket, next your ID, later getting a wristband. By subsequently line was around the block when I got... More

Guided tour of a full functioning adult studio with a twist - surprisingly cool. Enjoyed drinks at the Armory Bar across the street.

Our tour was guided by Quinn (sounds almost like Queen, right?) and it was entertaining and funny from the beginning. We visited different sets on multiple floors including Dungeon (basement) and learned about history of the building, how it became home to not-a-movie studio and how it is being used these days. Through the tour you will learn about porn... More

It was a very interesting trip, which is also suitable for vanilla friends - our tour guide managed to make the tour interesting and attractive and showed us the various sets. As said before, the historic aspect is more or less a gimmick, and there are some trivia about the founder, but that's fairly limited I think. It's also not... More

Staying in Mission District

Neighbourhood Profile
Mission District
From burritos to bicyclists, the Mission is the foundation for all things hip in the city. Cultural attractions, an independent arts community, sumptuous street murals and a high density of bars and cafes make this neighbourhood a magnet for young people. While terrific inexpensive food is abundant, its top-of-the-line restaurants now compete with the city’s best for fashionable diners. Indulge as the locals do by heading to Mission Dolores Park, buy some ice cream, and savor one of the most diverse neighbourhoods in the country.
