We attended a family wedding here and found it a very special, quaint and touching location given the age and historical significance of the church. Nice well kept courtyard. The Swedenborgian Church is both historically and culturally important and was declared National Historic Landmark in 2004. It looks pretty much exactly like it did in 1895! Definitely one of the big 3 historic San Francisco Churches (Peter & Paul in North Beach and Grace Cathedral). They are going to start having tours soon, I am definitely coming back for... More

This small church was the siteof a wedding we attende for our niece. This is a historical treasure for San Francisco with its rustic look complete with a very earthy decor.
