While the cost of a family outing especially with kids that eat alot can get expensive, the the park is gorgeous and the baseball is pretty good too! This is definitely a must do activity for everyone to enjoy in a beautiful setting. For the tourists, Dogs and Beer - a quintessential American activity.

We got taken here on vacation by our season ticket holder friends and had a great time!! The game was so much fun and we enjoyed walking around the ground trying loads of different food. The shop is great, sells everything you can imagine branded with giants logo. The view is great wherever you are in the stadium. Make sure... More

Whenever I visit San Francisco and the Giants are playing, this is a must. The baseball park is one of the best. You can walk around the stadium and enjoy all areas of the baseball park.

If you happen to be in the city when there is a game on, check out some of the ticket websites to get some bargain seats. We've picked them up for $6 before, for a game that day. The stadium can get a little chilly even in the summer, so dress accordingly. Fun family friendly atmosphere, lots of yummy food... More

We were in the upperdeck (on the first base side). The weather was great and we were in the shade. We still had a great view of the field. Food is very expensive. Eat ahead of time. We heard that parking was difficult, so we took the train and then walked to the park.

Try to see a new ballpark each year. This year we vacationed in SF and saw the giants. It is a truly great park with beautiful views. Great food choices. Driving to. No leaving the game is not easy.

This is such a great venue! We were lucky enough to be visiting San Francisco when the Giants had a game on. The atmosphere here is fantastic. It's such a happy place, with plenty of food and drink options and a general good spirit about it. Was the first time we watched a live baseball game and we thoroughly enjoyed... More

This is one of the best ballparks I've been to. I have pretty much gone to all on the West Coast. There is not a bad seat in the park.

Went to A Giants game (they won) at AT&T park in mid May. Usually the park is very cool and warm dress is recommended. The day I went, of course, it was warm and I sunburned my ears. But I loved every minute of it. Even got to see splash home run 72. This is simply one of the great... More

Girlfriend & I decided to head to a ball game despite neither of us having any idea whatsoever about baseball - and we absolutely loved it! From the iconic "warm beer and stale hotdogs" to the awesome embarrassment of "kiss cam", it was exactly what we expected and was a really great addition to our holiday. Just a shame we... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
