Painted Ladies is the term to describe a Victorian with multiple color on the detail. It started during the Summee of Love in the Haight Ashbury.

Thank you for taking the time to review the tour, your feedback is appreciated. I just want to emphasize this tour is an easy walk. The pace is leisurely and we don't do hills. It is true that you see a lot.

This was a wonderful way for us to learn more of the history of San Francisco. Jay was very knowledgable and was great to work with. The walk was not strenuous, and I gained a greater appreciation and understanding of these home.

A great thing to do with a group of friends. Fabulous restaurants and shopping at end of tour on Union Street in Cow Hollow. Afterward easy direct bus ride back to Union Square.

No booking. Just show up at corner of Powell and Post of Union Square. I show up at 10:55 am with a yellow sign that says Victorian Home Walk. $25 cash fee collected at end of tour. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
