It is on Highway 50. Take some extra time and enjoy the spectacular lake and surrounding nature. The Pinnacles change with the light morning to night.

This is an interesting rock formation across Blue Mesa Reservoir, but compared to all the great views in the Colorado mountains, this is minor league. I've driven past the Dillon Pinnacles hundreds of times over 40 years and still am not all that impressed. It...More

We stopped at the Dillon Pinnacles viewpoint every morning of our stay in the area to eat a picnic breakfast before heading out for our adventures. Spectacularly beautiful scenery and not to be missed!

We were able to see these from the road and from Blue Mesa Reservoir. They were spectacular from every angle. I brought home many pictures.

This is an easy hike; a few miles. Only about 300 ft. elevation gains; so easy, even for us Michiganders. Great views of the Blue Mesa and Dillon Pinacles. There is a pit toilet at the trailhead.

One of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. It was almost too much for me to take in, like it was a movie or a dream. There is a lookout point that you must pull over at in order to take amazing photos. I...More
