Not a very friendly staff! We were downtown and looking for a dive. This place was it. They had some locals playing Irish music (it was pretty cool). We ordered a scotch egg and a couple of beers. I have to say it was different,...More

The Guinness stew is a filling and satisfying lunch, chucky veggies and mashed potatoes, on a cold winter day... paired with a local beer it is the best : )

We visited this place Thursday night after an event. We had great martinis & beer. Great selection of liquor & beer. Food was pub style and good. There was a 4 piece string band of young men, who were awesome. They look like they just...More

We went here on a Thursday. There was live blue Grass and the band was terrific. We had the vision nachos which were quite good. Great beer selection on draught and good bar tenders. Go on Thursday and enjoy.

Good variety of spirits and nice cocktails. Typical pub food but executed well. Often busy due to great live music. Worth a visit if you want a low lit chill.pub atmosphere.

Nice little craft beer pub in downtown Asheville. Good beer selection. Nice, intimate venue for live local bands. They keep it eclectic, jazz to bluegrass. Pub grub is good quality as well.

Granted, this time of year is busy for the folks downtown and at Jack of the Wood. Regardless it's no reason to be jerks. Would not visit here again.

This is a really great place to listen to music. It’s just a truly fun, laid-back bar with an excellent beer selection.
