If you love books, you need to visit. If you love coffee shops, you need to visit. If you love champagne bars, you need to visit. If you love all of these things, you owe it to yourself to come. Personally, I was ready to move into one of the little 'book nooks' and just live here. My husband didn't... More

As book lovers we marveled at the rare collector's items in this store. The shop itself is lined with books and old furniture. They do request you buy before reading. Definitely stop in with your book lover.

Super Unique. Loved being able to bring our dog inside, enjoy a champagne based cocktail, and explore the shop without restriction. Friendly staff.

If you are a book lover or if you are simply in the area of The Grove in Asheville and are looking for a unique spot for an afternoon pick-me-up of coffee or champagne, this is the place to go. First, the books...the store has brilliant ambience: dark wood, velvet curtains, and comfy leather chairs. The store is 2 floors... More

We stopped by this delightful spot for an "intellectual Happy Hour" as it were before an evening on the town. We each had a glass of champagne, some chocolate, and found a cozy corner to browse some books and enjoy each other's company in this quaint setting. This really is a little gem that you do not find very often.... More

We were entranced by this great book shop with a champagne bar as well as a coffee bar. What fun and just what one is looking for after some local shopping!

We never miss an opportunity to explore the shelves of this used book store when visiting Asheville, located in the historic Grove Arcade. Where else can you browse for books under the wary eye of a resident moose while sipping a glass of bubbly? As if wandering through the maze of bookshelves, upstairs and down, isn't enough, you'll also enjoy... More

This is a neat concept. Have a wine and Champagne bar, add a dessert bar and an espresso counter surrounded by books. We tried several of the different drinks and they were all good. We got a piece of the chocolate cake and there were no crumbs left. The staff was very friendly. It was close to closing time on... More

Nice ambiance but when the waiter brought out our champagne ,which was delicious but no better than the cheaper versions, we had sticker shock when the four of us paid the bill the waitress, whom by the way was unprofessional and rude, told us this was a $ 100.00 bottle of champagne! We freaked!! I may return sometime for the atmosphere... More
