The staff is excellent in all areas of the hotel, especially the woman who checked us in and Dave, one of the bell hops(?). The restaurants are first class and they're a great place to spend an anniversary. We were there after the annual gingerbread competition and the gingerbread display all around the hotel was fun to see. Ah, now... More

The spa itself is unreal. It's basically an underground cave (think fireplaces, heated floors, cozy chairs) services great. Pools, hot tubs, saunas indoor and outdoor. We have been here several times and can easily spend a day. It does get very busy though. Small fitness center, nice amenities, showers, teas and snacks. Good customer service. Amazing experience. Expensive, but you... More

Visited but did not stay at the Grove Park Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed and were amazed by the stone work and huge mountain boulders used to construct the original part of the Grove Park Inn. Our visit on a cold, rainy December Sunday was an absolute joy. We stared in awe at the inn's construction, viewed the annual gingerbread competition... More

Seemed to become crowded quickly. There wasn't enough seating to accommodate the poolside lounging or the women's fireside lounge. The cafe was standing room only even after the lunch hours. Overall the experience was nice and refreshing. Seemed to be well organized.

I was booked for a massage and was very anxious about my treatment... I loved my treatment and my massage therapist was great.. The reason for not a 5 star for me is because I really wanted to enjoy the facilities after my treatment. I put my bathing suit on and went into the pools and they were freezing! I... More

Two couples acquired a spa day pass and it was great. Pools are very nice but the saunas and whirlpools are fabulous. Nice way to relax for a day.

My wife and I booked spa treatments several months ago. We were making our second holiday season stay at the Grove Park Inn. A big reason was our annual "spa day" My wife was set for a massage. I was set for a gentleman's manicure. Both to start at 8:30. At around 7:45 I get a call to say that... More

I have been to numerous spas in the country and out. This is by far the most beautiful place! It is a must to go here. I heard it's about a two month wait to get in. We spent the entire day there and loved every minute. My massage was wonderful. Heat lamps in the rooms and heated bed! I... More

I had a wonderfully relaxing visit to the spa, all the concierge was kind and genuine. The attending staff in the locker rooms were very sweet. And my facial with Nancy was so relaxing and healing. Thank you to all!
