The remodel of the theatre is first-class with comfortable seating, all with excellent view of the stage. However the first few rows are below stage level. A community theatre in the truest sense with some very good entertainment. Beer and wine are available.

This was a sweet and family friendly show. A true WNC experience at Christmas time set in 1955 and the train Depot really did get saved. Full of sweet stories and characters.

My husband isn't generally a fan of musicals, but he and I both LOVED "Avenue Q!" The talent--both human and puppet--was as fine as any on Broadway. The set and staging complimented the show perfectly, and the musicians tucked away below stage were fabulous. Having...More

I saw the national tour of Avenue Q many years ago. The ACT production was as good if not better due to the intimate setting of the theater. The actors are super talented and there isn't a bad seat in the house. I have been...More

We have never been disappointed with a show at ACT, but Avenue Q was phenomenal! I feared that the puppeteer/actors would be distracting, but they were not - I forgot they were even there. The characters had such personality - they made me laugh and...More

We saw Avenue Q. Some of the content was a bit off color, but the actors were surperbly talented. The music was fantastic. The theatre. Is comfortable.

Yes! The box office is open at least an hour before the curtain time and unless we are completely sold out, we will have tickets available for purchase at the door.
