Every play that I see at ACT I feel that I am watching an Off Broadway production. Most of the actors are local and make us proud. Thanks to the Directors and the Actors for making Asheville a better place to enjoy the Arts.

I went with three friends to the matinee, we all agreed it was a stellar. It had every thing, interesting set, customs with creative detail and the voices were divine. Thank you all for a rare treat.

Saw Sweeney Todd on 10-15-16 and throughly enjoyed the show. The cast is great, the singing is wonderful and the set with the barber's chair is amazing. If you can, see it before this show closes on October 30.

Asheville Community Theatre's production of Sweeney Todd was superb! Excellent cast, great production; vocalists were amazing... Thank you for a wonderful afternoon! This was right up there with ACT's production of Spamalot (another favorite). :)

Absolutely fantastic production! Watched the movie with Johnny Depp two days later, and it PALED in comparison to this cast. You'll LOVE it!

From holiday productions that are a must year after year to shows you know with local talent ("Sweeny Todd" is coming soon) to productions penned by NC writers and a children's theatre program, don't miss this Asheville cultural fixture.

Asheville have many talented people and the shows are always enjoyed. The musicals are my favorite. The cost of the tickets is well spent.

Yes! The box office is open at least an hour before the curtain time and unless we are completely sold out, we will have tickets available for purchase at the door.
