My wife and I saw Blues Traveler here and had a blast. It was my first time going to a show at the Orange Peel, but I would definitely go back again. The size of the venue was ideal...not too small and not too large. The sound quality was good as well. My only gripe is that there could be... More

Most shows have no seats so be prepared to stand...which we do anyways at most shows. However, it would be nice to have a choice to sit or stand as a lot of the shows have a mixed audience from 21 to 81. Lots of $6 beer choices, full bar downstairs, clean large bathrooms and great music make for a... More

My wife and i attended a concert here while we were in town over Easter weekend and loved it. Small venues are always our favorite and The Orange Peel did not disappoint. No problems getting a drink at the bar. Also they have a water cooler and cups set up at the end of the bar which makes it nice... More

We came into town specifically to see a special show (Jump, Little Children) and I enjoyed this venue much more than most other general admission venues I have been to. Large and well kept women's room. Bar stools available around the edges of the room if you get there decently early and need one. And thank you for carrying a... More

This place has a great feel... old warehouse without being too grungy, and the acoustics are great for every kind of show I've attended here!

This is my second visit to the Orange Peel. I was thankful that seating was available this time. The bathrooms were kept clean which is always surprising when you have that many people in one place. We enjoyed our time. Parking is limited. We are visit Asheville regularly and typically using parking garage, last night they were full so we... More

We were there to see the Steep Canyon Rangers whom we have enjoyed before in other venues. They, of course, were great bu the Orange Peel while fine to dance or party is somewhat lacking as a Listening experience. It is GA so if you dont go early expect to stand. The place was packed..sold out, so was very crowded.... More

Just saw my first show ever here last night and I had a mostly positive experience. The venue is small enough to be intimate and have good sound. Nice beer selection and I didn't think they were crazy expensive (2 16 oz of local brews were about $12 as I recall). I saw a sign that said they have a... More

The orange peel is a hole in the wall venue, provides an intimate concert experience. The bar sucks, the security is brusque and there is absolutely no seating if you wanted it. The liquor is served downstairs away from the concert and can't be brought upstairs. It is what it is, it doesn't pretend to be anything but a cheap... More

This is a great place to catch your favorite band or check out bands you've never even heard of! I've been here many times for many types of shows and I've always had a great time. There's not a bad spot in the house, since it's a smaller venue and the acoustics are great! It's not air conditioned, so gets... More
