We had a great day out visiting this museum. Free guide if you want it, video was really moving and the exhibits were super. We had a picnic on the picnic tables overlooking the water, great day out.

We have had this museum in our bucket list for years and finally toured it this summer. We are senior citizens and were in high school when JFK was shot. We stayed 4 hours and saw everything and ate a decent lunch at the cafe...More

This museum is definitely out of the way, but worth it if you are a fan of the Kennedys. We especially like the info on the Cuban Missile Crisis as we were both children at the time and did not know what was going on.

Yes, the museum is a little “out of the way” but is easily accessible via the T and a free shuttle from the JFK\UMass stop. Although I am Canadian, the history of JFK is something with which I am familiar, and the museum did not...More

This museum is located well out of Boston and requires an Uber or Lyft to get there if you're not driving. That being said, I'm not sure what it is about this museum that makes it fall so short. Unbelievably, Nixon's Presidential Museum in Yorba...More

Not one of the best Presidential Libraries that we have visited. Some displays are good but we didnt learn anything about JFK that we didn't already know. Didn't particularly rate the film at the beginning of the visit. The pavilion at the end of the...More

This is my 6th presidential museum to visit and my least favorite. The architecture of the building is beautiful, yet the contents inside seemed to be lacking. I even retraced my steps with the map to make sure I hadn't missed a room or exhibit....More

This is an excellent museum and a "must-do" if you're in Boston. It is not an in-depth exhaustive look at JFK's life - thank goodness! Very accessible and flows from one exhibit to the next very well. The hardest part is getting here (if you're...More

What a fascinating museum! An excellent morning spent reliving the life of JFK through beautiful photos and room settings of his family and the White House. A thoroughly enthralling museum for all ages.

This museum has a very superficial overview of JFK. It focuses on a few elements of his life, but would never be described as comprehensive. There are many more interesting things to do in Boston.

Depends on your interest level and who is in your party. We spent 2 and a half hours there. It’s not a large library as others say. However, for a history buff like me, I looked at everything. And spent time outside taking... More
