How was this venerable old building allowed to become a Chipotle? Complete disgrace and really marred for me the Freedom Trail.

Too bad this historic site is now a commercial building! You can still see and appreciate the architecture, but this is no longer a book store. The aroma of old books has been replaced by the smell of burritos.

This is a historic building but it is now a restaurant - not much else to say except that the modern signage could be a bit more tasteful. I would not go out of my was to come here only for this!

The last time I had walked the Freedom Trail, this venerable old building was a bookstore. Now it is a Chipotle restaurant. Wasn't prepared for that. Well, this gorgeous brick, colonial, gambrel-roofed building survived many threats of demolition as it is in the heart of...More

The Bookstore was an institution. Remember it well. No reason whatsoever to go there now unless you want chain restaurant Mexican in a town that has 100, no 150, better Mexican restaurants. Ok, maybe 200.

The building is in good shape outside, but is now a Chipotle. We didn't go in, since the ambiance would have been very different from a bookstore. It is worth a walk by on the way to The Old South Meeting House.

I was very disappointed to see that the Old Corner Bookstore is now a chain restaurant. I know that things can't stay the same but it was very hard to see that a building with so much history is now just a place where people...More

We saw the building of the former Old Corner Bookstore and from the outside it is still the same building as it was when it was built in 1712, but it is now occupied by a Mexican Grill!! You would not expect this while walking...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
