My husband and I took the Lessons on Liberty Freedom Trail walking tour with Bob, an erudite historian and fine furniture maker. He was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, and dare I say quirky. He gave us insight into the great men of our nation's past through...More

We loved this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. It was inexpensive and I happily would have paid more. Had a great time!

Based on the other reviews, I was looking forward to learning more about the “lies my history teacher told me” with regard to the American revolution. Instead, we were “entertained” with bad jokes and political references and lots of jokes aimed at those from other...More

This tour has a lot of potential but I was not satisfied. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and did his best. However, this is not the typical walking tour style that I know and love. This is more of a history lesson. I...More

There are so many options for tours in Boston but I would be surprised if you could find a more knowledgeable guide than Bob Miller who is actually a working historian and led my tour. He knew so much detail and went over the key...More

Our tour guide gave us reminders of American history, but had too many sidebars about himself and his opinions. He was likeable, but I thought we would have seen more of the Freedom Trail.
