He was knowledgeable but seemed unconcerned about city sounds so he didn't raise his voice over them--in fact stayed in loud construction/traffic areas

the guide (richard) has a lot of knowledge, but he pushed the "america is the best country" a bit too far (he actually said, a lot of times, 'we are not better, only different' because we like freedom, education etc). all this with a lot...More

Overall a pleasant tour. Only issue was that the guide spoke as he walked sometimes and had his back to us. At that point we could hear nothing. When he did stop and had us together as a group, the tour was informative and fun.

Our tour was cut short due to a thunderstorm and as we were walking by our hotel and were soaking wet we decided to leave. Can't remember his name but the guide was informative and funny.

Our walking tour beginning at the Public Library on Copley Square and ending at Faneuil Hall exceeded expectations: our guide, Alan, is a native Bostonian, a Northeastern University graduate, and an avid history buff. He knows Boston through and through, and conveys knowledge, countless anecdotes,...More

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. I grew up in Boston and was surprised to find some of the historical items that I passed every day and never recognized their significance.

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have

Dana, I understand. The maximum on any tour is 20, but this time of year we very seldom get that many on a tour. Plus,I can be quite loud so I'm sure you won't have any issues. Tours run rain or shine unless there is a... More
