This pub was recommended from a family member who has recently visited. Traditional Irish bar, great for gathering and enjoying a pint. Live Irish music every day with was terrific. We did not eat here, but the food looked good and the restaurant was always full. We visited twice and enjoyed the beer and friendly staff!

Spent paddy's day here. Staff are fantastic. Bar was packed with lineup outside and they were happy and provided great service. Food is good. Bourbon BBQ wings are delicious. Nice tall ceilings here. Lots of space. Band was amazing. Only thing I could complain about is the bathrooms.... only 2 stalls for women and it was really gross all weekend.

For a Sunday night in the middle of winter and a pretty empty bar, the live music was good, the bartenders were pleasant and the beer choices were good as well. The nedt time I'm in Boston I will definitely stop back in for another pint of Guinness and some free, live music. I also give props to the manager... More

We were wrapping up our trip to Boston, and while in Quincy square we decided on this pub. We were seated quickly and our server was good. The menu was ok, not a lot of options, we both had a burger..While waiting for the burger we watched as a server/mngr was walking on the bar to take promo pictures for... More

This place has become our "go to" spot whenever we visit Boston. Last night's dinner did not disappoint. We had a long wait for a table but the Guinness made it earlier. Super crowded but service was good. Just wished bathrooms were better maintained.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
