Loved the show so had to see the Cheers sign in person!

The visit here was more about the location and the sign and the memories of the Cheers sitcom. The place was packed, we got a table, had 2 really good cold beers and burgers... read more

I've want to stop in this place for years, though just had to opportunity while walking alone. Touristy is a term I've seen in ratings. It is, so it's pretty busy for a bar/pub. In fact, people wait in a very small hall for 15-45 minutes in groups just to eat and drink in the 'set' bar. The food is... More

Went here with a large group. The waitress did not seem interested in serving us longer than she had to. She didn't even offer more drinks before everyone was done with dinner. Food was good, but nothing too special. Now that I've been, I don't need to go back.

Went here for lunch. My chicken pesto sandwich was delicious and big enough for two meals. Fries were yummy too.

Wow, it looks just like the original setting for the tv show Cheers! Definitely on my bucket list and was not disappointed. Located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood this was a great place for lunch. Neat little gift shop too.

Air conditioned. Great beer at the best prices I found in the city centre. Attentive staff. What else could one possibly need from a bar? I visited this bar every day while I was in Boston. They even serve nice food at good prices. Brilliant! My only concern? None of the tv sets in the bars showed re-runs of Cheers.... More

Our Freedom Trail tour ended near Quincy Market and Cheers looked like an enticing spot to check out. The place was crowded and I was given a seat at the bar. I tried Hurricane IPA and loved it. I was later told it's a local favorite. I also tried the chicken burrito, which was special dish of the day. The... More

The visit here was more about the location and the sign and the memories of the Cheers sitcom. The place was packed, we got a table, had 2 really good cold beers and burgers. Nothing over the top but suited us just fine. Bought the beer mugs to bring home. Go back? You bet!

I ducked in while walking past, thinking it would be fun to have a beer in the shadow of Sam, Diane, and most of all, Norm. No one knew my name, but that's okay. There are 3 bars, one of which looks like the original set. I chose the original, Bull & Finch. Friendly bar staff, fun experience. Definitely a... More

Beacon Hill
Visit this historic and ritzy Boston neighborhood to soak up its classic New England charm as you stroll down cobblestoned, gas-lamp lined streets. Bring your walking shoes, camera, and select a nice day to wander through the hilly neighborhood and check out its exclusive addresses. Louisburg Square, Mt. Vernon street, Chestnut street and the extremely narrow and widely photographed Acorn street make a nice walking path. Make sure to meander down Charles street to poke into boutiques and antique shops, cafes, and restaurants on this quaint shopping street. Don’t forget to catch a glimpse up close of the State House with its beautiful and iconic dome.
