I have always wanted to go on a whale watching trip, but didn't want to invest the time or money and not see whales. I found the naturalist's blog on the aquarium website and found that whales had been sighted the previous few days. We...More

This event was the highlight of the trip to Boston. The boat ride out to where the whales were was about 1.25 hours and the return trip was as well. While the boat ride itself was enjoyable, the actual whale viewing time was only about...More

We set out on the 9 am. Sit outside the second level at the back to be sheltered from the wind. A relaxing boat ride out to the sea. Saw many whales, some close some far away. The staff is great at helping you spot...More

The narration was a learning experience, very informative. History of feeding grounds, feeding patterns, shipping lanes. We were very lucky today, about a dozen humpbacks. They have been tracking this area for almost 2 decades. Great experience today, our last visit was 17 years ago.

Who hopes always reaches! We were here 4 years ago and did not see the whales! Today, after work, we sail an hour on a beautiful afternoon at the Whale Watch attraction to see these beauties !!! Whales near the Boston Bay on Stellwagon Bank!

We were led to believe that 98% of these whale watch cruises actually see whales. But from reading other reviews, I think that number is much too high and suspect it is just Public Relations 101. You tell us paying customers ( from all over...More

We booked this trip and went out yesterday morning! It was a 2 hour ride just to get to the whales feeding ground. We were told by the naturalist that this year the whales were "sparse' in the area. We floated around for about 30...More

We did see whales close to the boat. The whales were humpback. The first was breaching the water. A phenomenal sight to see. The second was deep diving so we could see her tail as she went down. We saw Salt, the first Whale named...More

The good part was the quick trip to the whale area and the staff was educational for my kids. My son was totally sea sick and so were about 1/2 a dozen other people. One kid totally threw up all over their seating booth, table...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have

The weather is warmer than in April but a light coat or windbreaker is useful. Yes, June is excellent for watching whales. Enjoy!!!!
