I feel like this is a must see place when you visit Tupelo-why would you not want to see where Elvis was born? We didn't spend the money on the museum tickets or anything so I can't tell you about what the inside of the...More

It is apparent that resources have been abundantly used to transform this area into a museum honoring Elvis. On a pleasant day, it is a very nice place to visit and walk the grounds to learn about this icon. Found the information became repetitive during...More

I was humbled when i saw where Elvis was born and raised, it must have been hard to cook and sleep in such a small house. I sat on the swing porch seat and had goose bumps, knowing that that was where Gladys hugged her...More

It is fantastic that Elvis's birthplace has been really well preserved. I didn't know about the park behind the birthplace or it's origins. Fascinating to see here and the difference to Graceland. Well worth visiting

You have to see this before Graceland to see the humble beginnings of this great star. There was no electricity, no indoor plumbing and no central heating. You can imagine the upbringing he had and how his life was impacted by all the fame and...More

i've lost track of the times I've visited here. It just keeps getting better with each visit. Their museum, while small, is superb. Lots and lots of very unique Elvis stuff along with an extremely interesting historical overview of Tupelo. Don't miss the Assembly of...More

I don't think they would be any tour buses from Memphis to Tupelo but I'm sure you would be able to catch a regular bus there.
