Another of the great viewpoint at the park along the South Rim Drive. This is especially important because you can start the White House Trail from here.

Nice stop, but the other pull outs are better. take the whole drive, and stop here too. each stop is different, and different as the sun moves across the valley.

Again, the whole park is amazing. It is free and just wonderful that you can drive to each location or not depending on what interest you. We did it all.

This is a good way to enjoy the White House ruin if you don't want to take the hike down to the ruins. You can see the house from the outlook. It's distant, but you can see it. If you couldn't see it, that would...More

Important cultural and historical site with spectacular views from the overlook south road. And, the trailhead into the canyon.

The White House Overlook is on the South Rim Drive! It is only a short easy walk and you can get great pictures!

If you've seen Mesa Verde, this is a bit disappointing. However, the hike is great. Quite interesting to see the farming deep in the canyon

It was amazing to see the ruins on the side of the cliff. A short walk toothed overlook. There are restrooms here. It is a very beautiful valley.

Another perspective of the White House ruin--words can't describe...love this ruin--you can hike to it (via trail) tour it via jeep from Thunderbird Lodge and see it from the overlook--3 dimensions!
