The guys were very friendly and the center had lots of pamphlets about things to do on the outer banks. If you don't know what you want to do, these guys can help. You can be really athletic or just play golf.

Visitor Centers are always my first stop when visiting an area. This one is a notch above many others. great staff able to answer questions. Lots of information available. Good place to start.
