Great atmosphere to stop and enjoy in the middle of NY city: you can grab your lunch and have it here outside with a friend. There is a spot for free reading by a public library close by or in the evenings you can listen...More

Busy little urban park and a great place to sit a spell. This park has the nicest public washroom you can imagine! Worth the short queue.

If you want to escape the noise, hustle and bustle in mid town, head to Bryant Park. Plenty of places to sit, relax and people watch. Cafes nearby for a coffee and right next door to the library. The hotel of the same name is...More

This park is beautiful, well kept, options for games and some recreational activities like table tennis, even free open WiFi. The only down side. Its full of people, the human traffic is suffocating , specially during peek tourist season.

Bryant Park is my new go-to. Beautifully maintained, plenty of seating, diverse activities, clean bathrooms, free wi-fi and a great central location. I've done free yoga, taken the guided tour, just sat and caught up on email, and look forward to movies, taking advantage of...More

This park is just up from Times Square and well worth a visit. Green grassed area and lots of small tables to take a seat and people watch.

Bryant Park is a jewel, a lovely green oasis just off hectic Fifth Avenue. It is at times like an outdoor "room" for people, who make use of the Parisian style bistro tables and chairs, the ping pong tables, the big lawn on which they...More

I may be partial, but Bryant is one of my fav NYC parks. Grab a bite somewhere, bag it and eat it on the lawn or at one of the many tables set up. The view is spectacular with beautiful buildings all around. And close...More

We will be spending a few days (Feb 5-10) in NY close to Bryant Park. We're wondering if there are ice skates available for little kids ages 2 and 4. Aside from the rink and carousel, what other activities are available that week? Thanks and we are looking forward to visiting the park soon.

I would say no, Bryant Park is not a good running location. It is small and private to the people who live on the park.
