There is a really long line here to get your photo taken with the charging bull. It is probably at least a 20 minute wait. If you just want a photo of the bull on its own, you can easily snap one between people having their photos taken.

but an interesting back story. On the evening of December 15, the bull was loaded on a truck with a crane and driven to the NYSE by the Artist, Arturo Di Modica and a few friends. The bull arrived unnoticed and unannounced under the NYSE Christmas tree. By morning it was the BIG story all over the media. It was... More

Snapping a photo alone here with the bull is one of the toughest tasks in New York. It is soo crowded with people around it. If you need an ideal pic and spend some time exploring the bull, maybe try it in the early morning!

I mean meh, we saw it, it was nice to see but Jesus good luck to anyone who wanted to get a photo. We didn't even attempt it, there were queues both at the front and back to get pictures meanwhile loads of people were jumping in at the front regardless of the queues. Faaaaaar too overcrowded, a bit of... More

It was crowded during our visit, and it was impossible to get a good view of the bull. Still it's a nice thing to visit and see, knowing that it's a famous landmark.

Ok, don't expect to have a photo there cause the line is soooo big, but it is worth seeing it, if you go to lower manhattan. You can also see from there the liberty statue.

Look it up on Google Maps and see it from there. It's on a small traffic island and the amount of tourists that squash themselves onto it make a decent photo near impossible.

C'mon, you've seen the Charging Bull sculpture in movies and television...you've got to see it in person while you're in New York City! It's located down in the financial district a short walk from the NYSE and near Battery Park. It's even cooler in person than it is in pictures, movies, or TV. A great place to play tourist.

Bull is near the Stock Exchange and all close to Battery Park. Good to stop in if you are in the area to say you did. There is a great little restaurant right there that has excellent food, decent prices and are very friendly.
