Great location! Pre-booked which attracted a discount. The bikes were fab and we were really surprised with how excellent biking around NYC could be! Big thanks to Smilie for her help in showing us where to go and giving us some good route trips!

I went there to rent a bike for the entire day and the process was easy and very smooth! I returned the bike on the next day and everything worked well! Totally recommend it :) Better than the Citi Bank bikes!

HI I don't really know because it was the other person in my group that use his credit card, but I did not hear any complain that the bike company kept or charge more than it should be.
