This is a great place to grab and casual lunch when touring the 9/11 memorial, the Oculus and even Battery Park, which is a short walk away. There is an eataly where you can get all kinds of food. There are large windows overlooking the harbor. If it's cold, you can sit inside, but if the weather cooperates, go outside.... More

We happened upon this area during a walk from Battery Park. And we were awestruck with the creative, exceptional design. It is a wonderful space of light, color, shape and form. We lived being there, taking pictures and exploring. Everyone found lots to enjoy.

Brookfield Place is located directly across the street from Ground Zero and is a very close walk to the 9/11 Memorial Memorial & Museum. There are great views of the water and one of the main features is the atrium with the towering palm trees. Even some of the support columns seem to take on the theme of the palm... More

Visited on a beautiful spring day. Many outside dining options. Upscale food court inside with something for everyone's taste. Beautiful indoor open areas, too. Great place to view the Statue of liberty and Ellis island and people watch! Close to 9/11 Museum and Memorial & Battery Park.

Is a great place to stop for a meal, dessert or some retail therapy down in the Battery Park City area. Is directly across from Ground Zero and very walkable to other attractions like the Ferries to the Statue of Liberty, Staten Island, sea glass carousel etc. It's essentially a really high-end food court and mall with amazing water views.... Brookfield Place is a wonderful place to visit for shopping and just to relax. They have some neat little restaurants to eat at like Skinny Pizza and mercantile and a Mexican or Sushi place. The atrium is beautiful with palm trees and large glass windows.

Nice mall to visit after the 9/11-memorial. Also has a ice skating rink on the other side of the mall facing the Hudson River.

This is a fun shopping destination, although the brands that are sold there are pretty expensive. The food court upstairs offers good food options and the terrace in front of the place is beautiful, with views on Lady Liberty.
