This is a very large Macy's with 7 floors (but each floor also is extremely large). It does offer a favorite of shopping options and designer fashions that you normally do not encounter at a normal Macy's. Compared to the Macy's around the Baltimore area...More

Spend a day shopping at Macy's which was a very big department store and you can get lost very easy. The store was amazing, it has everything you can ask for and I bought a designer dress for approx £40 which had great discount. My...More

Have shopped at Macy's before and was looking forward to 1 day of shopping. Was very disappointed. Store is very poorly organised. Women's lingerie on a top floor. (Look at your website, under women's clothes it does not give what floor lingerie is on). Once...More

The shop itself is great and got some great bargains but the staff really let them down. Woman on visitor services desk was probably the rudest person I have ever been unfortunate enough to meet. Couldn't even answer a simple question. Bloomingdales is much better.

This is the only Macy's I love to shop at within the NYC limits. It's huge and has everything from shopping to dining. For the holidays, the windows are so beautiful and Santa Land is exciting for the kids.

Every fashion product from clothing to accessories to jewellery to bedding etc. This is the largest fashion retail store in the world. Mixture of all the brands, I found almost every brand I was looking for. But there is no Tory Burch.
