I love Lingerie & Co. They treat me wonderfully, know my size and tastes and are always eager to share their new findings and service my needs. I have been shopping here for years and its right down the street from my apartment. I love their attention to detail and their customer service. I highly recommend this gem.

I get to NYC about 4 times per year and I love to stop into this store to see what's new. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me. I like that they carry different brands than I see in department stores. The merchandise might seem expensive but the quality makes up for it. I have nightgowns... More

My online order was accepted, credit charged the next day. It is12 days after ordering. In that time I have received an email announcing shipment but tracking efforts failed. Another email announced shipment changed. Efforts to track with the new shipment number also failed. Now I must get my credit card company involved. I'm not only disappointed, but annoyed that... We are a small independent lingerie store that has been in business since 1992. We have thousands of satisfied repeat customers so I was quite surprised to read this negative review which I decided to investigate. This review appears to be false as we actually do not have an e-commerce website that would accept an online order. Upon further investigation... More

When I needed new bras recently, I went to a department store. I had no idea where to begin. In order to find my size, I had to go to Wacoal and look, then Calvin Klein, then Chantelle, etc. It was inefficient and the sizes were often not available. I went to the dressing room and if I needed another... More

Have purchased things here in the past with no problem, although the women who work here are not particularly pleasant. But it is in the neighborhood, so a good place to get panty hose, shower presents, etc. Saturday I bought a pair of thigh highs for $18 (price not the problem) to wear to a Christening on Sunday. ONe of... More

I was visiting my boyfriend in NYC and realized that i needed a new nightgown when I got there. He lives on Fifth & 74th so I ended wandering over to Third Avenue and found this incredible lingerie shop. Not only did I buy a gorgeous gown from a company called Celestine, but I also ended up buying a ton... More

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
