We went to see "Come From Away" it is heartwenchging, heartwarming, extremely funny all in one. I am so happy this is the musical we chose to see while visiting. Run as fast as you can to see this brilliant play.

First, it's a beautiful old theatre in New York and second go see Come From Away if possible. This is about the 200 planes that were diverted to Gander, Newfoundland on September 11, 2001 after the terrorist attack. It's a musical about the hardships, fear,...More

What a fantastic show "Come From Away" is. It's about the planes having to land after 9/11 and what it did to Newfoundland and the small towns near the airport. You think how could they make a show about this, well not only did they...More

The Schoenfeld is good because it is not very big. There are no truly bad seats, though seats on the sides don't have ideal acoustics. It's easy to get in and out, and the theatre has a classic ambience. There was nothing worth criticizing here!

This theater is spectacular, and the show that is currently playing is just superb. I would say without hesitation it’s the best play I have seen in 30 plus years in New York. One simply MUST see this play ~ especially for its humanitarian message...More

My wife and I saw this musical play over Memorial Day weekend. I read the review in the New York Times and it seemed like a worthy purchase. It was all that and more. I am pretty much a news' and historical junkie. However, I...More

Had box seats to see Come From Away. The show was very moving. It's so nice to see such a heart warming story come from such a terrible event. Box seats were great! Didn't miss anything. Keep in mind, this is a very short show....More

The events of 9/11 still strike a raw nerve within the national psyche. The books, movies, and television programs that have been rolled out over the past 16 years have been graphic and numbing. Their blunt, straightforward portrayal of that morning have been, for the...More

I joined a few friends at the Schoenfeld theatre last night to see a performance of Come From Away. The theatre is a beautiful comfortable grand venue. There was no intermission so we didn't visit the bar or ladies room. The show was an outstanding...More

I would go with Row M. I am very short, and sitting in the first few rows hurts my neck. I think you will love it from any seat. It left me with such a feel good feeling. Listening to the score afterwards-available on the... More
