We were toured by Joshua Hirsch. We were a group of 9 people ranging in age from 7-50. Joshua represented that we would have tour of the memorial and museum. His tour was very disappointing. I was expecting much more information about the memorial itself and the impact of 9/11 on the surrounding neighborhood. Joshua barely spoke about the event... More

Really the amazing place to give tribute to those who became the victim of the dirty thinking. I'm really touched, this place is beautiful bt i wish i from now i should not see any other memorial. No innocents should be the victims without any reasons. Just live with love and peace...make the nation great..... And to visitors please you must... More

We visited just the two memorial areas of 9/11. Both of my children were born after the event so we spent time explaining what it was for The sheer size of the 'squares' is itself thought provoking and the area has a certain feel to it. Not a place for selfies but some were doing this which I personally felt... More

We bought the joint 9/11 tour and museum ticket but I will review the museum seperately. Linda Shell was our tour guide and having been present on 9/11 she was a very enthusiastic host. She must have told the same stories hundreds of times but her presentation gave the impression that you were her first ever tourists. She was excellent.... More

So glad we booked this, even though the weather was wet and horrible Ray our tour guide was one of the best I have ever had. He did not give Google facts but more from his and the people he knows and their experience as New Yorkers on the day of 9/11. Well worth the money, recommend you do the... More

A moving walking tour delivered by a survivor and Fireperson involved on the day. You got a true and real account of what happened to them and when. This made the whole thing more "real". This became something you could be a part of, rather than something you heard on the news or read in your paper. You are walked... More

We had always promised ourselves that we would visit the 9/11 memorial and I have to say this is an amazing place. We decided to go on this tour before visiting the museum. Our guide Joey did a terrific job on the day. His explanation of the thinking behind how the memorial has been set up really added to our... More

Amazing of course and moving - especially so with reflecting pools - though why people take grinning selfies in front of them is a mystery, We went for the last part of the day to avoid big queues - but be warned - they don't sell tickets after 6. We arrived @ 6.04 told we couldn't go in - eventually... More
