Three floors of girlish Delight! The hair styling is a must and the stylists are friendly and very personable. There is something for every little girl to find, however, many of the interactive displays not working. General staff, while pleasant, appeared overwhelmed and under staffed....More

Anita and her team in LA treated us like royalty when we went to the LA store. By comparison, this store was bigger, brighter and newer than in NY. We wanted to purchase additional products so we went to the NY store today after visiting...More

We wanted to do something special with our little girl from 4,5 years. This was a good idea and she liked it a lot. A lot of dolls to choose from if you don't own one, because they are expensive. The food was not that...More

The food was edible but I would definitely eat somewhere else. They have a tea event each day, that might be the way to go. Service was good. But a couple extra hoops to jump through for this dinner, reservation, then wait in line for...More

We just took my 4 year old granddaughter to the American Girl Cafe for a birthday lunch and it was spectacular! The service was great! It was geared towards kids! The adults loved it too! I will go back!

If you want to have a nice meal with your family, skip the restaurant. Meal is one price and very expensive for portion size. Fun for kids to bring dolls, but you can do that anywhere with a doll chair and some plastic food. Waited...More
