Love to go here especially during the holidays. Wish it was around when I was a kid. Beautiful doll store with many extras. Great place for a birthday party. Cafe is a special place too. Bring your American Girl doll and spend the day.

This was a neat store for the American Girl collector. There were all kinds of options and unique pieces for your little ones collection. This met my expectation of a NYC exclusive store!

Terrible service. A lot of personnel, but not very helpful at all and many of them in a bad mood, which is amazing in a children’s store. It used to be much better

My 6 and 8 year old girls had a smile on their face the entire time we were there. Sure there was lots of stuff to shop for, but the highlights for us were the salon and the cafe. At the salon they managed to...More

My friend and I were in the city for the weekend. We went to the new store. We did not dine or have any activities. We were impressed with the selection in the store.
